Dr Claudia Natanson is the Chief Executive Officer of Security Practitioners Ltd and focuses on global SMEs, implementing security business agendas. Claudia’s experience and expertise covers over 15 years in the Security arena. She was responsible for setting the strategy, policy and information security programme for Diageo’s 180 global markets in 85 countries. She has worked with British Telecommunications where she set up the UK’s first commercial CSIRT, and BT’s Secure Business Services. She is involved in European security research and commercial initiatives. She is currently chair of the Corporate Executive Programme. Claudia holds B.Sc. in Nuclear Chemistry, M.Sc. in Computer Science, Ph.D. in Computers and Education. She is a Chartered IT Professional, Fellow of the British Computing Society and a CISSP.
Ashleigh Porter, BSc(Hons), AMBCS

Ashleigh has a Computer Science degree from Greenwich University, London and is an associate member of the British Computer Society. Having a keen interest in addressing ‘the human factor’ with Information Security, Ashleigh has specialises in end user awareness and training. Her consultancy InfosecIQ Ltd specialises in embedding security awareness into company culture, people, functions and processes; providing relevant training and metrics necessary to measure ROI.
Ashleigh has worked as a Global Information Security Awareness Manager at Diageo plc. responsible for, and reporting to the CISO on, the global awareness programme.
