Professor Collins is Chief Scientific Advisor to the UK Department for Transport and Vice President of the British Computer Society. His current personal research interests centre on the design and engineering of structured, secure and dependable knowledge and information management processes and systems using next generation information and communications technology, particularly in the context of NEC. He was special adviser to the Home Office Select Committee on ID cards, technical adviser to the DTI on a Foresight Cybertrust and Crime Prevention project, and is an Associate Fellow of RIIA Chatham House on Future Global Security issues. He was International Director of Information Technology at Clifford Chance, Head of Information Systems at the Wellcome Trust and at GCHQ was Director of Science and Technology. He is a graduate of Oxford University.

A former Justice Department Counter-Espionage and Counter-Terrorist Regional Coordinator, Bill Cook is a Chairman of the Business Continuity and Security Practice at Wildman Harrold. For more than fifteen years, Cook has been involved in every aspect of this developing area. He has testified before congress and drafted model business compliance standards on various business continuity and security issues. He also has met with the National Security Council at the White House to discuss these issues. In October 2003, he spoke at the General Accounting Office on information security laws, how to protect critical infrastructure information, and new security technology ideas. Cook has also served as an expert witness on Internet and computer law before the U.S. House Judiciary Committee and Federal Communications Commission.
He has delivered more than 500 presentations on online law and liability issues, and is the author of numerous articles. He also co-authored a Committee Report, "Critical Infrastructure Protection and the Law" for the National Academy of Engineering's National Research Council.
He was formerly an assistant U.S. attorney in the U.S. Justice Department where he headed up the federal government's first computer fraud and abuse task force, and served as an infantry platoon leader in the U.S. Army. For that service, he was awarded three Bronze Stars, two Purple Hearts, two Army Commendation Medals and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry.

Hart Rossman is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Cyber Security Solutions at SAIC. He is a Senior Research Fellow with the Supply Chain Management Center within the RH Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in the area of Cyber Supply Chain Assurance. Concurrently, Mr. Rossman is a faculty member with the Institute for Applied Network Security, represents SAIC’s Incident Response Team in FIRST, and is a founding member of the Corporate Executive Programme. He is on the Editorial Board for "IT Professional" magazine, a publication of the IEEE and co-author of their new “Insecure IT” column. Mr. Rossman co-authored NIST SP 800-64rev2, “Security Considerations in the System Development Life Cycle.” He has earned a CISSP, CSSLP, received his B.A. in Communication from the University Of Maryland, College Park, and received his MBA from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Before founding Brandtology, Eddie Chau was the Founder & CEO of e-Cop. He brought to the organization his extensive experience in the IT. He led and charted all aspects of e-Cop group’s strategic direction from product development through to professional consultancy services, technology development, sales and global expansion. Under his dynamic leadership and vision, e-Cop has grown to be the market leader in the Info-Security industry with international presence spanning more than 20 countries. Before founding and spearheading e-Cop in 2000, Chau held senior positions in IBM and Computer Associates Inc. With more than 20 years of experience in business and IT, he is often called upon by the industry to speak on information security issues and entrepreneurship. Chau has also appeared on CNBC Asia and Channel News Asia, Intelligent Enterprise, MIS Asia, Network Computing Asia and SC Magazine, to name a few.
Married with two children, Chau holds an MSc in Communication Engineering from Imperial College, London.
